All MOVAI subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policies. MOVAI subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the free trial period has ended and the subscription has been charged.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the 1-day free trial ends:

We may issue a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:

• You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error
• You were charged twice for the same subscription period
• The app was completely non-functional and we were unable to resolve the issue within 7 days
• You cancelled during the free trial but were still charged

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally NOT be issued for:

• Change of mind after the free trial has ended
• Forgetting to cancel before the trial period ended
• Not using the app during the subscription period
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated workout or nutrition plans
• Device incompatibility (please check requirements before subscribing)
• Lifetime access purchases (all sales final)

Lifetime access purchases at $79.99 are final and non-refundable. This plan provides permanent access to all MOVAI features without any recurring charges. Please ensure you wish to purchase before completing the transaction.
